First Day of Pumpkin Latte’s

I took Grace to school this morning – I was early for work so I went through the drive-thru at Starbuck’s.  I don’t do this often, so it is worth noting.  I was greeted with an exuberant, “Would you like a pumpkin spice latte this morning?” and I replied with an equally exuberant, “Why, yes!”  I LOVE pumpkin spice latte’s – mostly because it means fall is here….

I gave Andy a login and pwd to contribute to this blog – who wants to take bets on how long it will take him to do so?

Christina is in Austin going to school in her first apartment – doing very well for herself – I am quite proud of my firstborn.

Kelly is settling into her senior year…while still trying to maintain her daily presence at the horsepark…we barely see her….but we DO see her dog, Fiona. Everyday 🙂

Grace has started second grade this year and is reading Rudyard Kipling’s Jungle Book – for her reading homework – we both get to enjoy it that way 🙂 (I have been meaning to re-read it – that sounds REALLY pompous, it’s not meant to be….I just like Riki Tiki Tavi)

I have started an online storefront to sell Andy’s politically motivated merchandise – check it out – I may put some artwork out there too.

Okay – that’s all for today unless something else comes up.  Pictures are coming soon – stay tuned!
